Overview
Join a nationally recognized and rapidly expanding Registered Investment Advisor managing over $50 billion in assets across more than 30 states. As part of a strategic national growth initiative, this leadership role offers the opportunity to lead a major market within a dynamic and fast-growing firm.
This position focuses on advisor leadership, operational integration, and business growth within a defined territory. It offers a clear path to equity and the chance to combine profit and loss ownership with strategic growth execution at scale.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transitioning local teams and clients into the firm's national model, managing advisor performance, driving revenue growth, and overseeing regional infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to influence and lead at a high level within an entrepreneurial yet institutionally supported environment.
Strong compensation structrure
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional transition of technology, brand, and operational processes
- Oversee integration of advisors and clients into firm's investment and planning platforms
- Manage day-to-day performance and revenue growth for the office
- Service select high-net-worth client relationships as needed
- Recruit, onboard, and retain advisors in partnership with firm leadership
- Coach and manage advisor teams to align with firm expectations and service model
- Drive business planning and execution at the regional and individual advisor level
- Monitor KPIs across growth, retention, advisor productivity, and compliance
- Collaborate with departments (planning, investment, operations, HR) to enhance client experience
- Oversee regional P&L, budgeting, reporting, and strategic capacity planning
- Lead regional culture, professional development, and team integration
- Represent the firm at public/client events, webinars, and local marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in financial services, including senior-level leadership or branch management
- Strong background in wealth management, advisory leadership, and advisor recruitment
- Proven ability to manage P&L, drive advisor performance, and lead operational transitions
- Experience in high-net-worth client service, financial planning, and investment oversight
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead through influence
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving national firm environment
- Strong grasp of compliance, risk, and operational best practices
- Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and financial reporting systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation or willingness to obtain
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $225,000 - $275,000 plus bonus and incentives
