Summary
The Vice President provides comprehensive services to existing clients and reinforces management functions of the Senior VP and Regional Director by establishing and maintaining lead flow generated through referral networks, internal marketing campaigns and COI's. This position provides leadership and development support to advisor teams.

$150,000 - $200,000 a year (guranteed) - Case by case basis for more experienced advisors, portable books or niche books.
