Role Overview
The Regional Vice President will build relationships with prospective clients and guide them toward
tailored wealth management solutions. This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role within a
collaborative and fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients via virtual meetings, phone, and in-person discussions to
understand their financial needs
Develop customized solutions leveraging internal resources across planning, investments, tax,
and estate strategies
Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through close and onboarding
Maintain and grow a robust pipeline while delivering a best-in-class client experience
Operate as a self-driven contributor within a high-visibility growth channel
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
5+ years of successful sales experience within financial services
Series 65 or 66 required (or qualifying designation such as CFP®, CFA, ChFC, PFS, CIC)
CFP® designation preferred
Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management skills
Deep understanding of wealth management and investment solutions
Proven ability to build trust and relationships with high-net-worth clients
Highly motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Willingness to travel as needed
Work Environment
Standard business hours with flexibility based on client needs
Hybrid or remote-friendly structure depending on location
Professional office or dedicated home workspace required
