Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate the growth of your wealth management practice
- Maintain and deepen relationships with affluent, high-net-worth, or ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Leverage institutional resources including technology, compliance, operations, and transition support
- Build and lead your own advisory team with flexibility
- Shape and enhance the client experience
- Participate in succession planning and enterprise value building
Required Qualifications
- Approximately $750K+ T12 production and/or $50M+ in client assets
- 8+ years of wealth management experience
- Strong relationships with affluent, high-net-worth, or ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Demonstrated business development success
- Comprehensive planning mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as individual advisors, advisor teams, independent practices, bank advisors, wirehouse advisors, or hybrid advisors
