Role Overview
The Regional Vice President will build relationships with prospective clients and guide them toward tailored wealth management solutions. This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role within a collaborative and fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via virtual meetings, phone, and in-person discussions to understand their financial needs
- Develop customized solutions leveraging internal resources across planning, investments, tax, and estate strategies
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through close and onboarding
- Maintain and grow a robust pipeline while delivering a best-in-class client experience
- Operate as a self-driven contributor within a high-visibility growth channel
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of successful sales experience within financial services
- Series 65 or 66 required (or qualifying designation such as CFP, CFA, ChFC, PFS, CIC)
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management skills
- Deep understanding of wealth management and investment solutions
- Proven ability to build trust and relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Highly motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
