Key Responsibilities
- Retain ownership of client relationships and brand while leveraging institutional infrastructure
- Build a scalable and transferable advisory business with premium valuation potential
- Manage portable assets under management (AUM) effectively
- Engage in structured succession and continuity planning
- Utilize comprehensive operational support including compliance, trading, billing, and technology
- Leverage integrated technology stack for client management and reporting
- Enhance client experience through institutional-grade portfolio oversight and fiduciary governance
- Participate in growth and transition support activities including onboarding and marketing assistance
Required Qualifications
- Experienced financial advisor or advisory team
- Portable assets under management (AUM) preferred
- Clean regulatory history
- Fiduciary, client-first mindset
