Position Overview
The Partner, Senior Wealth Advisor operates within a client-focused and team-centered environment, supporting region-wide business development and client service efforts. This role emphasizes managing an established client base and organically growing the practice through referrals, while collaborating with a unified in-house team of experts to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Advisors act as fiduciaries, leveraging advanced knowledge in financial planning and investments alongside superior relationship skills to diagnose client needs and propose tailored solutions. They are supported by a sophisticated technology platform and a team of specialists in portfolio management, financial planning, tax, estate planning, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Wealth Advisors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Demonstrate a clear, engaging leadership style that communicates vision and inspires team success.
- Drive cultural integration of acquired wealth management practices, ensuring alignment with client values and standards.
- Contribute to regional and enterprise leadership through active participation in committees and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to affluent clients by identifying financial goals, analyzing complex financial landscapes, and delivering tailored recommendations.
- Communicate sophisticated financial strategies clearly, leveraging strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ensure client retention through meaningful, long-term relationships and implementation of comprehensive financial solutions.
- Utilize a full suite of services including tax, estate planning, and insurance to deliver holistic wealth management.
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance and regulatory standards, upholding commitment to client care.
- Act as a fiduciary, prioritizing client interests and outcomes in every decision.
Required Qualifications
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in roles such as Independent Advisor, Registered Representative, Securities Portfolio Manager, Financial Planner, or Certified Public Accountant.
- Extensive experience in building relationships, mentoring, and managing Wealth Advisors, including guiding advisors to achieve their potential, fostering a collaborative culture, evaluating performance, recruiting talent, and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required; acceptable alternatives include Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Investment Consultant (CIC).
- Series 65 license required (or qualifying exemption based on designation and state requirements).
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years in a lead Advisor role or managing Advisor teams preferred.
- Sales aptitude and experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
- Proven leadership in training, coaching, and mentoring junior employees; drives planner development and seeks new leadership opportunities.
- Ability to identify process improvements and propose solutions.
- Strong understanding of investment strategies and ISG; capable of asset allocation and portfolio analysis.
- Ability to travel, when appropriate.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $170,000 - $210,000 USD, with eligibility for annual bonus and other incentive compensation.
