The role centers on serving high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs through comprehensive wealth management strategies that address wealth enhancement, transfer, protection, and charitable planning.
Company and Team Context
The firm is a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and boutique family office dedicated to supporting wealth creators, entrepreneurs, business owners, and families during pivotal liquidity events. The culture emphasizes collaboration, a team-first mindset, and delivering a client-centric experience that combines advanced planning, sophisticated investments, and family office services.
Role Narrative
This position offers a unique chance to influence the growth trajectory of a modern wealth management firm. The ideal candidate will leverage existing client relationships and networks to expand the firm's presence while partnering closely with internal teams to provide seamless, multi-generational wealth advisory services. A commitment to collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning is essential to thrive in this dynamic environment.
True Success Profile
While technical planning sophistication and relationship management skills remain important, the highest priority for this search is identifying an advisor capable of helping establish and accelerate the firms footprint within the Phoenix market.
The ideal candidate will bring one or more of the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned client families.
- Facilitate implementation of strategies across Wealth Enhancement, Wealth Transfer, Wealth Protection, and Charitable Planning.

- Present cash flow models and advanced planning topics in client meetings.
- Use the firm's CRM and internal workflows to document meeting notes, action items, and follow-through tasks.
- Support the Advanced Planning Team with client cash flow analyses.
- Maintain and deepen multi-generational client relationships.
- Coordinate with clients' external advisors (tax, legal, insurance, business advisors).
- Uphold regulatory compliance and firm policies.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing advisory role within an RIA, broker-dealer, family office, or private wealth firm.
- Series 65 or equivalent.
- Professional designations such as CFP®, CFA®, CIMA®, or equivalent.
- Experience with advanced planning tools (DAFs, foundations, 529s, insurance strategies).
- Understanding of core estate planning techniques.
- Ability to deliver portfolio and asset management guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of simplifying complexity.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with tax advisors, attorneys, and external professionals.
- High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to client-first service.
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for ongoing learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Portable client relationships/assets.
- Existing COI network.
- Business owner relationships.
- M&A ecosystem connectivity.
- Strong local market presence.
- Demonstrated business development instincts.
- Ability to organically create momentum in-market.
- Cultural fit grounded in collaboration over ego, team-first mindset, and commitment to building a unified brand.

- Desire for a platform offering advanced planning depth, best-in-class technology, investment resources, lifestyle concierge support, expertise around pre- and post-liquidity optimization, and multi-generational guidance.
Compensation & Benefits
